For my semester-long project in INFO 1121: Designing Interactions with Dr. Stephen Voida, my team developed UConnect, an application designed to streamline communication between universities and students. Our goal was to reduce reliance on multiple third-party platforms by centralizing essential campus interactions in one place. UConnect includes features for roommate selection, class and campus announcements, and student organization engagement, creating a unified, accessible hub for academic and social connection. The final prototype and user research reflect our focus on usability, community building, and simplifying the student experience.
